payable by China Companies under

Hong Kong legislation, and the China

Companies Order in Council 1915, I am

directed by Viscount Milner to inform you

that he has been advised that, as these

Companies are incorporated under HongKong

Ordinances, it is open to the Hong Kong

Legislature to impose such conditions as

it thinks fit in return for the privilege

of incorporation in the Colony.
